Desire Map


Desire Mapping is the process developed by Danielle La Porte where you turn goal-setting on its head. You start not with the big audacious hairy goal, but by how you most want to feel when you reach that goal. Because that’s really what it’s all about. Thinking about your goals this way helps you to uncover how you most want to feel – your Core Desired Feelings – CDFs for short. By understanding your Core Desired Feelings you can take back control of your life, as each and every day you can think about what you can do to feel the way you most want to feel, right here, right now. You can also set your Goals with Soul, for the year, for the month, for the week, using your Core Desired Feelings as your guide. I have been using this method for three years and can vouch for how it enriches your day to day life and makes reaching your goals.
